Agreement between User and dinadajani.com
The dinadajani.com website (the “Site”) is comprised of various web pages operated by Dina Dajani is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein (the “Terms”). Your use of dinadajani.com constitutes your agreement to all such Terms. Please read these terms carefully, and keep a copy of them for your reference.

We may use your email address to send you Site-related notices (including any notices required by law, in lieu of communication by postal mail). YOUR ACCOUNT
If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You may not assign or otherwise transfer your account to any other person or entity. REFUND POLICY
1:1 Tutoring refund policy:
1:1 Tutoring payments, paid in full, are NON-REFUNDABLE. Do the nature of this product, and the fact that it is in demand and your spot could have been filled during enrollment, we cannot refund any portion of your payments.
If you cannot attend the live meetings or the private 1:1 appointment we are sorry but are still unable to refund any payments.
Membership cancellation policy:
You may cancel your membership at any time, from inside your private membership portal. Due to the digital nature of the purchase, refunds are not available.
This is a subscription service and that will be billed either monthly or yearly (depending on your membership choice).
Should you wish to cancel, please make note of the day of the month (or year) that your membership renews. You must click cancel from inside your membership portal before your next billing date (which will be the same day each month). Refunds are not permitted once the payment has gone through.
Your membership price is locked in at the time you become a member. If you cancel and return in the future, you'll be subject to whatever price the membership is at that time.
This membership is for PERSONAL use, not for agencies or companies, and is not to be shared.
No Guarantees as to Results
You agree that Dina Dajani has not made any guarantees about the results of taking any action, whether recommended on this Website or not. The Company provides educational and informational resources that are intended to help users of this Website succeed. You nevertheless recognise that your ultimate success or failure will be the result of your own efforts, your particular situation, and innumerable other circumstances beyond the control and/or knowledge of Dina Dajani.
You also recognise that prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome. Thus, the results obtained by others – whether clients of Dina Dajani or otherwise – applying the principles set out by Dina Dajani are no guarantee that you or any other person or entity will be able to obtain similar results.
Products Refund Policy:
We want you to be happy with your purchase. While we do not offer returns/exchanges for originals, prints or any other products bought from our site. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 3 days to work something out.

LIFETIME ACCESS
Lifetime access is for the lifetime of the Service. If for any reason, Dina Dajani should dissolve or cease to exist, then your access to the service will terminate.
